Junior Retention Specialist – Barcelona

Description:

eCooltra, the leading Motosharing company in Europe is looking for a new member to join the company’s retention and loyalty department. Reporting to marketing management your responsibilities will be the definition and implementation of the company’s CRM strategy (which will range from the clustering of the database, analysis of the customer’s life cycle, optimization of the funnel and finally the improvement of retention).

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the CRM strategy throughout the company by segments and life cycle.

  • Customization and extraction of marketing reports from the CRM

  • Detection of ways to improve the use of CRM through automations in Salesforce

  • Perform test / test strategies to ensure future effective campaigns for the company.

  • Analysis and optimization of the registry funnel.

  • Design and implementation of customer journeys in the CRM (Sales Force Marketing Cloud).

  • Design of KPIs, maps and multichannel actions to increase customer retention and value.

  • Conducting RFM studies for a re-cluster of the optimal database.

  • Supervision of tasks of migration of communications to media such as email and social marketing.

  • Build collaborative relationships with all marketing teams to gain a great understanding of the user base through segmentation and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, ADE or similar.
  • Desirable: Master in Digital Marketing and Digital Analytics, Customer Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Excel advanced level.
  • Languages: Advanced English. The mastery of other languages is a plus.
  • Person organized, analytical and able to work under pressure and KPIS
